The 2020 V2 model does have new wheels and an improved suspension for a better push even as baby grows and if your on uneven terrain.

Will the Uppababy vista 2019 be any lighter than the 2020 model?   

Nope!

As far as we know it will still be the same weight.

The Harness for the 2020 model is a no rethread harness making it super easy to adjust as baby grows. (Yes, you will need to adjust often so we're really excited about this change and that its getting easier to do!).
